At “ La Rosina ” our guests are presented with fine ingredients and local produce, a menu based on a healthy and pleasant cuisine. Our carte ranges from the Bassano asparagus to the Treviso chicory, from the natural herbs to the mushrooms, from the Marano corn cream to the Asiago cheese discovering fragrances and scents that have been almost forgotten, so that “ La Rosina ” has been defined as the temple of the Venetian cuisine.  Moreover “ La Rosina  is one of those renowned restaurants that serve the ancient receipt of dried salted cod, the so called “baccalà” in the local way, according to the directions of the “Baccalà Confraternity”, thus becoming member of the Bassano Restaurants Group.

The main restaurant hall is the right scenario for special banquets starting from the wedding parties, while a quieter room invites our gests to a more private atmosphere to end by introducing our Piano Hall, the ideal location for meetings and conferences but also for dances and balls. Finally, the outer space, enriched with gazebos, is just the spot for enjoying aperitifs and inviting snacks before starting with the banquet specialities.
